During the presale phase, we offer the opportunity for anyone to become an investor in the game. This investment will grow at a rate of 80% APY, with interest accumulating daily. The funds raised will be used for the game's development, to launch it under the best conditions and in the shortest feasible time. Additionally, 15% of the total investment will be allocated to marketing to enhance and facilitate the launch.

Investors will continue to generate interest until the official launch of the game. Afterward, they will begin to recover their initial capital plus accumulated interest. For this purpose, 40% of all revenue allocated to game development will be reserved until the total investments plus interest have been reimbursed. The return of investments will be made proportionally to each investor's contribution, ensuring that everyone receives their capital and interest over the same period.

It should be noted that even though two investors may have contributed the same capital, the amount recovered will vary depending on when they made their investment, benefiting those who invested earlier.

In the final phase, once all investors have recovered their investment plus interest, they will receive lifetime dividends, equivalent to 10% of all revenue allocated to game development. This percentage will be distributed proportionally among all investors, based on the total accumulated from their investments, including generated interest.

If an investor, who also participates as a player and has invested more than 1 BNB, will receive an exclusive asset and the recognition of "Cosmo Empires Investor".

Finally, the top 10 investor will have access to a private Telegram group with the Cosmo Empires team, where they can participate in some of the game development decisions and benefit from early information.

Investment phases summary:

PHASE 1 (PRESALE / GAME DEVELOPMENT): Investment with a 80% APY return, distributed daily.

PHASE 2 (RECOVERY + INTEREST / GAME LAUNCH): Recovery of invested capital plus generated interest, using 40% of all revenue allocated to game development.

PHASE 3 (DIVIDENDS / GAME OPERATIONAL): Distribution of lifetime dividends, corresponding to 10% of the funds allocated to game development, proportionally shared among investors.

While we do not set a minimum investment to become an investor, we do apply a minimum threshold of 0.01 BNB to withdraw the investment or dividends. This limit is not a commission but the minimum amount required for withdrawal, to avoid imbalances in the system from insignificant investments or network fees comprising a large part of the withdrawal amounts.

We want to emphasize that these investments will not negatively compromise the game's launch. We will use the funds allocated to development to ensure the total return of all investments, interests, and dividends. Even the 15% allocated to marketing will be funded by the same development capital, ensuring that these investments positively benefit the game's economy once launched, beyond the intrinsic benefit of having facilitated its development.
